Diet – Where to start?

Don’t worry, you’re not alone; many people feel overwhelmed when it comes to starting a healthy diet. You may not know which foods are “good” or “bad”, or how to prepare healthy foods, or you may simply be under the impression that you do have enough time to eat healthy. No matter what you are thinking right now, allow me to set you at ease. All of those beliefs I just covered are in really just misconceptions, and they can easily be overcome.

If you really don’t know where to start, begin with breakfast. Just starting your day off with a healthy meal helps to improve one-third of your entire diet. Begin with a healthy shake, like a berry smoothie! Blend together one-half cup of coconut milk (a healthy fat), organic eggs or protein powder (a healthy protein) and berries of your choice (blackberries, blueberries, strawberries, cherries, etc.) until smooth, then pour into a glass and enjoy. You will notice a huge difference in your energy levels when you start your day off with something as healthy and delicious as this!
